A tres años de gobierno, Baja California Sur ha experimentado una profunda transformación, resultado del trabajo serio, responsable y transparente de una administración comprometida con el bienestar de sus ciudadanos, destacó el gobernador Víctor Manuel Castro Cosío durante un encuentro con servidores públicos estatales, a pocos días de rendir su tercer informe.
En su intervención, el mandatario sudcaliforniano subrayó que su gobierno ha priorizado a los sectores más vulnerables, garantizando que los recursos públicos se utilicen de manera eficiente y transparente, en beneficio de todos. “Hace tres años nos comprometimos con la ciudadanía a actuar con probidad, responsabilidad y decencia. Llegamos al gobierno no para exaltarnos, sino para fortalecer un proyecto político nacional alternativo al viejo régimen de corrupción, autoritarismo y saqueo”, afirmó.
Asimismo, reiteró la importancia de mantener principios éticos y morales, así como el proyecto de transformación y desarrollo que ha dado rumbo y certidumbre a la entidad. “Con el pueblo todo, sin el pueblo nada”, resaltó, destacando que su administración no permitirá ningún desarrollo minero o inmobiliario que atente contra el medio ambiente y los recursos naturales.
Castro Cosío aseguró que continuará trabajando para reducir el rezago en materia de vivienda, colaborando con el proyecto nacional de vivienda que se iniciará en el municipio de Los Cabos. Además, destacó los esfuerzos de la mesa de seguridad, que han posicionado a Baja California Sur como uno de los estados con mayor percepción de seguridad.
Se comprometió a seguir impulsando mejoras en el sector salud, así como a fomentar el deporte y la cultura, elementos fundamentales para garantizar el desarrollo integral de los ciudadanos.
El Gobernador expresó su gratitud a los servidores públicos que han trabajado con responsabilidad y esmero para cumplir con los compromisos adquiridos. Asimismo, reconoció el respaldo del Poder Judicial y del Poder Legislativo en la construcción de un estado basado en la legalidad y la justicia.
Víctor Manuel Castro Cosío finalizó su mensaje exhortando a su equipo a continuar trabajando en la transformación de Baja California Sur, desterrando las viejas prácticas de gobierno y reafirmando la convicción de la transparencia y la justicia.
